The Slatinice tourist information centre

The Slatinice tourist information centre is situated at the foot of the Velký Kosíř Nature park in the Slatinice village in the Olomouc region. In the area there are interesting hiking and biking trails. The terrain is suitable for physically fit tourists and also for less demanding hikers. Lovers of nature, historical sights, spa and wellness destinations can find enjoyment here. The tourist centre offers services of information office, refreshment, sanitary facilities with showers, souvenirs sale and organizing of interesting music and cultural events.

The Slatinice tourist centre was built in 2012 on the foundations of a former outdoor swimming pool in order to provide services in the field of tourism. The tourist centre complex is located nearby the Slatinice spa in the picturesque surroundings of the Ladislav Foltýn park. The wooden building of the centre is integrate into the surrounding and respects the connection with nature. In the end of 2020, the building was affected by fire, but after half a year of reconstruction it was reopened in all its beauty. Visitors can find here pleasant environment suitable for gaining informations for their trips or for regeneration and refreshment after an exhausting hike.
